"The reverse of the photo has stamped on it "Cornah, 3 Rutland Ave, L'pool" presumably a photographer's shop. I can identify my father, but not the other 2, and I suspect that the (undated) photo is connected with the Institute Army Cadets. The scenery suggests that Altcar would be a good guess."
